About the project

Architecture of Illusion: A Unique Installation Experience

The installation is centered around a minimalist stainless steel structure, designed in the form of a cylinder. This clean, modern frame is adorned with the latest covers of Top Fashion magazine, drawing visitors’ attention through its visually engaging exterior. However, the true experience begins only when visitors take the time to circle the structure and discover its hidden entrance.

Once inside, they are immersed in a reflective environment, surrounded by 240 mirrors that create the illusion of infinite space. The careful arrangement of mirrors generates a sense of endless depth, a space that extends far beyond the physical boundaries of the installation. This illusion is not only a visual spectacle but an exploration of perception, inviting each visitor to lose themselves in a world of fantasy and imagination.

The mirrored interior is a deliberate design choice, allowing each individual to project their own narrative onto the space. The reflective surfaces create a dynamic interplay of light, shadow, and depth, transforming the installation into a personalized experience for every visitor. Just as a book or magazine invites readers to imagine their own worlds, this installation encourages them to construct a unique spatial interpretation, defined by their own thoughts, feelings, and visual impressions.

This architectural installation is a metaphor for the act of reading—a journey into a limitless space of imagination. It symbolizes how each experience is deeply personal, unrepeatable, and as unique as one's own reflection in the mirrors that compose it.
